Ingredients
  

  • - 4 large flour tortillas
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.
  3. Spread mixture over tortillas, roll up tightly.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes

- These pinwheels can be made up to 24 hours ahead.
- Optional: add a sprinkle of green onions or a dash of hot sauce for added flavor.
