Cheese-Stuffed Savory Muffins

Warm, cheesy, and golden-brown, these stuffed muffins are the perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish for any occasion!

  • Muffin tin (greased)
  • mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • 2️⃣ Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • 3️⃣ Flatten each biscuit dough piece, place cheese filling in the center, and seal the edges.
  • 4️⃣ Place stuffed biscuits seam-side down in the muffin tin.
  • 5️⃣ Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley & salt.
  • 6️⃣ Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • 7️⃣ Let cool slightly, then serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

✔ Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
✔ Customize with cheddar, Gouda, or jalapeños for extra flavor!
