Cheesy Cheeseburger Pockets

Flaky crescent rolls stuffed with juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, and classic burger flavors. The ultimate quick dinner or snack everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 8 oz can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or nonstick spray
  • Mixing spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • cooling rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Sauté onions in oil, add beef, and brown 6–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire; cook 2–3 minutes.
  4. Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Add 2–3 tbsp filling and cheddar to each triangle.
  6. Fold, seal edges, and place seam-side down on pan.
  7. Bake 12–15 mins until golden. Cool 5 mins before serving.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or thousand island, and a side of fries or salad.
