Method
- Heat oil in a skillet; cook onion 2–3 minutes, add garlic 30 seconds. Add beef and brown; drain fat.
- Stir in spices and water; simmer 2–3 minutes until thick. Cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Roll dough into a rectangle and cut into 10 strips.
- Spoon filling down the center of each strip; top with cheeses. Fold and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and serve warm with dips.
Notes
Drain beef well. Do not overfill. Pinch seals tightly and place seam-side down. Best served warm. Excellent with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. Can be assembled ahead or frozen unbaked. Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
