- Preheat oven to 325°F and line pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and spread evenly.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours before slicing.
