A creamy, no-bake dessert with tangy cream cheese, sweet cherries, and pillowy whipped topping — perfect for potlucks, parties, or a taste of nostalgia.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Electric hand or stand mixer
  • Rubber spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving bowl or trifle dish

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Gently stir in cherry pie filling, marshmallows, and pecans.
  5. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Refrigerate up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
