Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, veggies, and seasonings. Spread in dish.
  • Separate biscuits and place them on top of the filling.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Optional: Sprinkle cheese 5 minutes before finishing.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Add extra veggies, cheese, or spices for variety.
  • Use homemade biscuits for a from-scratch version.
