- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, veggies, and seasonings. Spread in dish.
Separate biscuits and place them on top of the filling.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Optional: Sprinkle cheese 5 minutes before finishing.
Cool for 5 minutes, serve warm, and enjoy!
- Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
