- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, cheese, soup, milk, mustard, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Mix panko, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
