Ingredients
  

  • * 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • * 8 slices ham chopped
  • * 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • * 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • * ½ cup milk
  • * 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • * ½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Topping:
  • * 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • * 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • * 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • * Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, cheese, soup, milk, mustard, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Mix panko, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

* Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
* Swap Swiss for Gruyère for a richer flavor.
