  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish, mixing bowls

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 dish.
  2. Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and peas. Spread in the dish.
  3. Combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Spoon over the chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered 30–35 minutes until the topping is golden and the edges bubble.
  5. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works perfectly. Keep the stuffing slightly crumbly for the best crispy top. Can be assembled ahead. Leftovers reheat well.
