Chili Cheese Corn Dogs
Classic corn dogs split open and stuffed with chili, cheese, onions, and jalapeños—bold, fun, and easy to make!
- 8 cooked corn dogs
- 2 cups chili divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar divided
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 1 medium jalapeño finely diced
Cook corn dogs per package instructions and cool slightly.
Remove wooden stick from each corn dog.
Slice each one vertically, halfway through.
Stuff with chili, cheese, onions, and jalapeños.
Serve immediately while warm.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to melt cheese.
Swap jalapeños for bell peppers if preferred.
