Chocolate-Covered Brownie Bars

Rich, fudgy brownie bars topped with a smooth, glossy chocolate coating for the ultimate double chocolate dessert.

Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer:
  • 1 cup butter
  • cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate Coating:
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Equipment

  • - 9x13 baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • mixing bowls
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix butter and sugars
  3. Add eggs and vanilla
  4. Stir in dry ingredients
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes
  6. Cool completely
  7. Melt chocolate and oil
  8. Spread over brownies
  9. Chill 30–60 minutes
  10. Slice and serve
