Cinnamon and Honey Wellness Mix
A simple yet powerful natural remedy made with raw honey and Ceylon cinnamon. Helps with immunity, digestion, skin, and more.
- 1 tsp raw honey
- ½ –1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 cup warm not hot water
Stir honey and cinnamon together in a mug.
Pour in warm water and mix well.
Sip once or twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach or before bed.
