Cinnamon and Honey Wellness Mix

A simple yet powerful natural remedy made with raw honey and Ceylon cinnamon. Helps with immunity, digestion, skin, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • ½ –1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 cup warm not hot water

Instructions
 

  • Stir honey and cinnamon together in a mug.
  • Pour in warm water and mix well.
  • Sip once or twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach or before bed.

Notes

  • Use Ceylon cinnamon for safety.
  • Use raw, unfiltered honey.
  • For skin application, mix into a paste and apply to affected areas for 20 minutes.
