Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Soft, fluffy, buttery biscuit bites coated in warm cinnamon sugar — the easiest sweet treat you’ll crave all year long.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
Optional Glaze:
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • small bowls,
  • knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a baking sheet.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  4. Dip biscuit pieces in melted butter, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
  5. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes, until golden.
  6. For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla; drizzle over warm bites.
  7. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

Air fryer option: 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Add nutmeg or pumpkin spice for seasonal flavor.
Store at room temperature up to 2 days; reheat briefly before serving.
Perfect with cream cheese icing or caramel dip.
