A warm, aromatic herbal tea made from whole cloves, known for supporting digestion, immunity, and overall wellness.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 –5 whole cloves
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional ginger cinnamon, or honey

Equipment

  • - Pot
  • Strainer
  • Cup

Method
 

  1. Boil water
  2. Add cloves
  3. Simmer 10–12 minutes
  4. Strain
  5. Serve warm
