- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, melted butter, flour, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in pecan halves to coat evenly.
- Pour filling into unbaked pie crust, spreading pecans evenly.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until center is set and top is golden brown. Cover edges with foil if browning too fast.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
