  • - Refrigerate Fast: Place in fridge within 1 hour of cooking.
  • - Store Properly: Use airtight containers. Keep for 3–4 days max.
  • - Reheat Once: Heat rice to 165°F 74°C. Only reheat once.
  • - Do Not Leave Out: Avoid letting rice sit at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
