Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • 9-inch pie pan

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Mix melted butter with both sugars until it looks like wet sand. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the bottom of the crust. Spoon and spread the cookie dough mixture on top.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes until the top is deeply golden, edges are set, and the center still has a slight jiggle.
  6. Cool at least 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Do not overmix after adding flour. The slight jiggle in the center is intentional. Best served warm. Highly addictive and impressive with minimal effort.
