- Bloom yeast in warm milk with sugar.
- Mix flour, sugar, salt; add yeast, egg, butter.
- Knead until smooth.
- Rise until doubled.

Notes
Milk should be warm, not hot, to protect yeast.
Dough should be soft and slightly sticky for fluffy rolls.
Rolls freeze well once baked and cooled.
