Cottage Cheese Chips

Crispy, golden, high-protein chips made entirely from cottage cheese — the ultimate guilt-free snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 226g cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
Optional seasonings: chili powder, everything bagel seasoning, dried dill, or paprika

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • Spoon or offset spatula
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cottage cheese and seasonings in a small bowl.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and spread thin.
  4. Bake for 30–45 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Cool completely before peeling and serving.

Notes

Thinner layers = crispier chips.
For extra flavor, sprinkle parmesan or herbs before baking.
Full-fat cottage cheese tends to crisp up better than fat-free.
