Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cottage cheese and seasonings in a small bowl.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and spread thin.
- Bake for 30–45 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before peeling and serving.
Notes
Thinner layers = crispier chips.
For extra flavor, sprinkle parmesan or herbs before baking.
Full-fat cottage cheese tends to crisp up better than fat-free.
