Cottage Cheese Egg Bites

Protein-packed, fluffy, and customizable—these egg bites are perfect for meal prep and busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup diced veggies or cooked sausage/bacon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Pinch of garlic powder optional

Equipment

  • 12-cup muffin tin
  • Whisk & mixing bowl
  • Cooking spray or oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add cottage cheese and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in shredded cheese and veggies. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  4. Spoon mixture into muffin cups, filling ¾ full.
  5. Bake 20–25 mins until golden and set.
  6. Cool 3–5 mins before removing. Serve warm or store for later.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
Reheat in microwave before serving.
Customize with your favorite veggies, meats, or cheeses.
