Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 –2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • ½ lb cooked crab meat or imitation
  • 8 –10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Deep fryer or pot
  • Slotted spoon

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions until smooth. Fold in crab meat.
  2. Place 3 tbsp filling in the center of a wrapper. Fold, roll, and seal with water.
  3. Heat oil to 375°F. Fry in batches 1–2 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly: Freeze before frying.
Air fryer option: 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
Best served hot and crispy.
