- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package directions, adding the garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the dry mix first.
- Spoon biscuit dough into each muffin cup and press it up the sides to form a small cup.
- Fill each cup with the crab mixture.
- Cover with more biscuit dough and gently seal the edges.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.
- Whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the warm biscuits generously with the lemon garlic butter before serving.

Lump crab meat provides the best flavor and texture.
Avoid overmixing the filling to keep the crab pieces intact.
