- Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions, adding extra garlic and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
- Gently mix crab, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, crushed Ritz, and Parmesan until creamy and combined.
- Flatten portions of dough in floured hands, add a spoonful of crab filling, and seal into a ball.
- Place seam-side down in muffin cups.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Brush hot biscuits with melted butter mixed with lemon juice. Serve warm.
Notes
Use lump crab and mix gently to keep chunks intact. Seal biscuits well and place seam-side down. Brush with lemon butter while hot. Filling can be made ahead. Best served warm. Freeze unbaked for later. Adjust mayonnaise for desired filling consistency.
