Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch round or square pan.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream to batter.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 1 hour before slicing. Top as desired.
