Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt or round pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
- Pour into pan and bake 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before serving.
