- Brown the sausage in olive oil over medium heat.
- Add peppers, onion, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in the garlic blend, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Deglaze the skillet with broth.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually add the Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
- Fold the ravioli and reserved pasta water into the sauce.
- Simmer on low for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with additional Parmesan and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Freshly grated Parmesan melts much better than pre-grated cheese.
Reserve extra pasta water in case the sauce becomes too thick.
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
