Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Lower the heat and stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture down the center.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with ranch seasoning and garlic powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the wraps.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown with crispy edges and bubbling filling.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and let cool briefly before serving.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
Notes
Soften cream cheese before using for the smoothest filling.
Do not overfill the tortillas or they may split.
Add cooked bacon for an extra savory version.
Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
