Instructions
Prep the Potatoes: Add diced potatoes to crockpot.
Make the Base: Combine soup, butter, sour cream, seasonings, and onions. Pour over potatoes.
Stir in Cheese: Mix in the shredded cheese.
Cook on LOW: Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
