  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 7-8 large potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Potatoes: Add diced potatoes to crockpot.
  • Make the Base: Combine soup, butter, sour cream, seasonings, and onions. Pour over potatoes.
  • Stir in Cheese: Mix in the shredded cheese.
  • Cook on LOW: Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Serve Hot: Once potatoes are tender and cheese is melted, stir and serve.
