Creamy Garlic Parmesan Beef Bowtie Pasta

A rich and creamy one-pan pasta made with seasoned ground beef, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and tender bowtie pasta. The perfect comfort food for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 –6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Large pot
  • colander
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Brown the ground beef in olive oil.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Add beef broth, cream, and seasonings.
  6. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  8. Toss in cooked pasta.
  9. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Fresh Parmesan melts best.
Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
Great with mushrooms or spinach.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
Reheat gently with a splash of milk or broth.
