Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken and dredge in egg, then almond flour & cheese.
  • Pan-fry chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, make sauce with butter, garlic, cream, broth, and cheese. Simmer until thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, and simmer briefly. Garnish and serve.
