For the Chicken

boneless
skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper

garlic powder

paprika

almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs

grated Parmesan cheese

large eggs
beaten
2

olive oil
For the Sauce

tbsp
butter or ghee

cloves
garlic
minced

cup
heavy cream or coconut cream

cup
chicken broth
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

red pepper flakes

Instructions
Season chicken and dredge in egg, then almond flour & cheese.
Pan-fry chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
In the same skillet, make sauce with butter, garlic, cream, broth, and cheese. Simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, and simmer briefly. Garnish and serve.
