Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken breasts in the dish.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, pepper, and salt.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Broil for 2 minutes for extra browning.
Fresh Parmesan provides the best flavor and texture.
