Creamy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

An easy oven-baked chicken recipe featuring juicy chicken breasts coated in a creamy garlic Parmesan topping that bakes into a golden crust while creating a rich buttery pan sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, and family comfort food.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pat chicken dry and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
  5. Top with rosemary.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and chicken reaches 165°F.
  7. Rest 5 minutes and spoon buttery pan sauce over each serving.

Notes

Fresh Parmesan provides the best texture and flavor.
Chicken thighs work wonderfully as a substitute.
Store leftovers for up to 4 days.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread.
