- Bake 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with melted butter and bake another 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, vanilla, milk, and salt.
- Nestle pears and brie into phyllo; sprinkle thyme.
- Pour custard over cake.
- Bake 30–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
