Crispy Baked Chicken Ranch Taquitos

Golden baked flour tortillas filled with creamy ranch chicken and melted cheddar cheese. An easy weeknight dinner, freezer meal, or party appetizer.

Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Assembly
  • 8 –10 small flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or melted butter
  • For Serving
Salsa
  • Sour cream optional

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • pastry brush
  • measuring cups
  • Rubber spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix chicken, cheddar, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Warm tortillas until flexible.
  4. Fill each tortilla with 2–3 tablespoons of filling.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush with melted butter or spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Cool slightly and serve with salsa or sour cream.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken saves time.
Freeze before baking for easy future meals.
Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes if preferred.
Add jalapeños for extra spice.
Best served fresh and crispy.
