Equipment

  • Oven (preheated to 400°F / 200°C)
  • Baking sheet (lined with parchment paper)
  • Rolling Pin
  • Pizza Cutter or Knife
  • pastry brush

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Parmesan, or mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano/basil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2️⃣ Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle & brush with melted butter.
  • 3️⃣ Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • 4️⃣ Add shredded cheese over half of the pastry & fold the other half over.
  • 5️⃣ Cut into ½-inch strips, twist each piece, and place on the baking sheet.
  • 6️⃣ Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • 7️⃣ Cool slightly & serve warm with dipping sauce!

Notes

✔ Store in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven for best texture.
✔ Customize with different cheeses, spices, or toppings.
✔ Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter for extra flavor!
