- 12 oz mushrooms halved
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Clean and dry mushrooms.
Set up dredging station with seasoned flour, egg + garlic, and breadcrumbs + Parmesan.
Coat mushrooms in flour → egg → breadcrumb.
Fry at 350°F until golden, 2–3 mins per side.
Drain and toss with garlic or herbs. Serve with dip of choice.
