Method
- Clean and dry mushrooms.
 - Set up dredging station with seasoned flour, egg + garlic, and breadcrumbs + Parmesan.
 - Coat mushrooms in flour → egg → breadcrumb.
 - Fry at 350°F until golden, 2–3 mins per side.
 - Drain and toss with garlic or herbs. Serve with dip of choice.
