Method
- Boil and mash potatoes until smooth.
- Mix in garlic, onion, paprika, and egg yolk to form dough.
- Flatten 1 tbsp of potato mixture, wrap around cheese stick, and seal.
- Dredge in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in panko-Parmesan mix.
- Fry at 350°F for 2–3 mins or bake at 425°F for 20–25 mins.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.
