Crispy Ranch Three-Cheese Baked Chicken

Easy baked ranch chicken coated in buttery Ritz crackers and three cheeses. A crispy, juicy, family-friendly weeknight dinner recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 3 cheeses
  • Ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup butter

Method
 

  1. Step 1 — Prep
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Pat chicken breasts completely dry.
  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Step 2 — Make the Coating
  7. In a shallow bowl, combine:
  8. Crushed crackers
  9. Parmesan
  10. Mozzarella
  11. Cheddar
  12. Ranch seasoning
  13. Mix thoroughly.
  14. Step 3 — Butter Dip
  15. Pour melted butter into a second bowl.
  16. Dip each chicken breast into butter.
  17. Let excess drip off.
  18. Step 4 — Coat
  19. Press chicken firmly into cracker mixture.
  20. Coat both sides generously.
  21. Place into prepared baking dish.
  22. Leave space between pieces.
  23. Step 5 — Bake
  24. Bake 25–30 minutes.
  25. Chicken should reach 165°F internally.
  26. Coating should be golden brown and crispy.
  27. Step 6 — Rest
  28. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  29. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
