Course: Main Dish
Cuisine: American Italian-Inspired

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni or favorite toppings
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray

Equipment

  • Baking sheet, parchment paper, pizza cutter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Lay tortillas on the sheet and lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella, add pepperoni, and dust with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and edges are deeply golden and crispy.
  6. Cool 1 minute, slice into triangles, and serve warm.

Notes

Use a thin sauce layer for maximum crispness. High heat is key for shatteringly crisp edges. Customize toppings but avoid overloading. Best eaten fresh. Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer. Excellent for quick dinners, snacks, or game day.
