Method
- Season pork chops with spices. Optional: Sear in a skillet, 2 minutes per side.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions in butter. Add flour, stir 1 min.
- Whisk in broth, Worcestershire, thyme. Simmer 2–3 mins.
- In crock pot, layer gravy → pork → more gravy.
- Cook on LOW 6–8 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.
- Stir in cream before serving. Garnish with parsley.

🔄 No time to sear? Skip it—just pat the chops dry well before slow cooking.
🥩 For extra tenderness, use pork shoulder chops instead of loin.
🥄 Gravy too thin? Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir it in during the last 30 minutes.
