Method
- Grease slow cooker lightly.
- In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, soup, broth, wine, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in crockpot; pour sauce over top.
- Cook on Low for 6–8 hrs or on High for 3–4 hrs until tender.
- Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
- Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving.
