Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

This easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a cheesy, hearty slow cooker meal that’s perfect for weeknights. Made with frozen ravioli, pasta sauce, and three kinds of cheese, it’s a family dinner winner

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 24 oz jar pasta sauce
  • - 1 25 oz package frozen cheese ravioli
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste
  • - Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Slow cooker
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring tools
  • Cheese grater

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain fat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce and let simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Grease your crockpot. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
  4. Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours.
  8. Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.

Notes

Try sausage instead of beef for a spicy variation.
Add ricotta for creaminess.
Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
