- Place steak cubes in slow cooker.
- Whisk soy sauce, broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
- Pour over steak. Add cubed butter on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Stir gently before serving. Garnish with parsley.
