Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • - ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • - ¼ cup beef broth
  • - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • - ¼ tsp black pepper
  • - 2 tbsp butter cubed
  • - Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place steak cubes in slow cooker.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Pour over steak. Add cubed butter on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours until tender.
  5. Stir gently before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Great over mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 4 days.
