- Flake drained tuna in a bowl.
- Stir in mayo, pickle, dill, and pepper.
- Spread tuna on bread.
- Layer chips on top of tuna.
- Close sandwich, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Drain tuna extremely well to prevent sogginess.
Add chips only at serving time for maximum crunch.
Salt & vinegar chips give the best flavor balance.
