- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
- Mix chicken, soup, and sour cream in a bowl.
- Fold in 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly in dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and top with crushed crackers.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
