Method
- Cook ground chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, 5–6 minutes.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Pour over chicken and simmer 2 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 1 minute until sauce is glossy and sticky.
- Remove from heat; sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Spoon into lettuce cups and serve immediately.
Notes
Butter lettuce or iceberg both work well. Assemble just before serving to keep lettuce crisp. Ground turkey is a great substitute. Add sriracha for heat if desired. Excellent with rice on the side.
