- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add frozen shrimp and coat with butter.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
