Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add frozen shrimp and coat with butter.
  4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
