- Brown ground beef, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.
- Warm large tortillas slightly. On each tortilla, layer seasoned beef, drizzle nacho cheese, top with tostada shell, spread sour cream, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar.
- Fold edges of the tortilla up and over the filling to seal.
- Cook seam-side down in a buttered skillet for ~3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
