Easy Muffin Pan Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes brownie mix
  • Oil and water as called for on the box
  • 4 large eggs 2 from box + 2 extra
  • Nonstick spray

Equipment

  • 2 standard 12-cup muffin pans
  • mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Whisk or spatula
  • cooling rack
  • Butter knife or offset spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray two 12-cup muffin pans thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water, and 4 eggs. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide batter into muffin cups, filling each ⅔ to ¾ full.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are set and a toothpick has moist crumbs.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Loosen with a butter knife and transfer to a wire rack.
  6. Serve and enjoy your perfect brownie bites!

Notes

Add chocolate chips to the batter for extra gooey bites.
Use a cookie scoop to evenly distribute batter across all cups.
Add sea salt flakes on top before baking for a gourmet twist.
