Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and milk over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a rapid boil and cook for exactly 2½ minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until smooth and pour into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
  5. Let cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
