Method
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and milk over medium heat.
- Bring to a rapid boil and cook for exactly 2½ minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
- Let cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
